By purchasing, you agree that all details you provide to Serious Seeds for the purpose of ordering or purchasing

goods or services are correct, and that you have the sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services

ordered.

Due to the nature of the internet there may be interruptions to services or website availability due to repairs,

maintenance, or the introduction of new services. We will naturally try to minimise these instances and strive

to avoid any "down time".

Serious Seeds may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any

commercial purpose without our express written permission.

Purchasing

You can purchase any of our products via any of the following methods: Online & Telephone.

To place an order online visit www.seriousseeds.com. Once your order has been placed and completed online you

will be sent an automated e-mail confirmation of your order. This e-mail is an auto generated by the website

and does not mean that we can definitely meet your order. It simply confirms that your order and all relevant

details were received and are progressing through our system.

Serious Seeds may cancel any order and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or

discontinue the availability of products at any time without notice. If an Order is cancelled, any payment made

for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights. Every order is treated as

individual and will be processed as such.

Any defective, damaged or incorrect orders shipped will be replaced or refunded according to our terms and

conditions ONLY if we are notified within 7 days of receiving your order and it is reasonable to do so.

All products and services are subject to availability. Serious Seeds endeavors to keep accurate stock levels

however in the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you by email and or telephone to discuss

the options available. If a suitable replacement is not available we will refund you for this item. If the item

purchased is still required and a similar replacement cannot be found we will retain the order until such time

that the item ordered comes back into stock.

Serious Seeds is not able to control, or take responsibility for the actions of Customs and Excise. All packaging

is discreet and no indication of contents is displayed, however if the items you have ordered are not in line with

the laws in your area, you run the risk of customs interfering with your package. We are unable to help you in

this situation.

Payment Options

Cash - Goods dispatched on receipt - We generally only accept Euro

Bank Money Transfer - Goods dispatched upon receipt - We accept Euros and Dollars* but you will receive the

correct bank account details to pay based on your shipping address after checking out.

Creditcard acceptance:

Serious Seeds accepts all major credit/debit cards online or over the phone.

Our online sales are 3D Secure, 256 bit encrypted and hacker safe making it a very safe place to enter your details.

All phone order payments are put through a secure VSP terminal online and once the payment goes through,

we do not hold any records of clients credit/debit card details and all other client information remains highly confidential.

Mastercard and Visa payments will be processed via Paylike, a payment service provider.

Serious Seeds shares only the personal information of the customer needed for the processing of the transaction with Paylike.

* If you choose to send cash in any other currency other than Euros, please contact us for the value of funds

you need to send, as we will need to work out the value you need to send based on the exchange rate at the

time of receiving your funds. Serious Seeds accepts no responsibility for the loss of any money in the post, we

advise you send any payment in the mail via recorded delivery.

Customers are responsible for import duty/tax in their respective countries where applicable. For more details

All orders must be paid for in full before any goods will be shipped. All products are subject to availability and

remain the property of Serious Seeds until paid for in full.

Serious Seeds does not share any information (personal or financial) with any other third party than Paylike.

All prices seen on the website are final. Any pricing errors will result in you order being suspended until which

time we can contact you via the methods provided. In the instance that we cannot contact you, we will render

the order canceled and all payment refunded as per terms and conditions.

Sale of Cannabis Seeds

sold as souvenirs only. Due to the fact that some countries legally allow growing of hemp seeds some specifics

supplied to us by the breeder. Serious Seeds can accept no responsibility if you choose to break the law. Please

don't.

Returns

If on receipt the goods are faulty then please take the following steps:

●Complete the return form enclosed with goods and send back within 14 days of receipt

●Please pay the return postage and send back by recorded delivery so you have a proof of

posting

●We can repair a faulty product within the first 3 months (or replace it depending on the fault)

●If the item is in stock we will replace it immediately. If not we will give a credit note or a refund

with postage

●Postage will not be charged on replacement/repair of faulty goods

If on receipt you are not happy with your goods please take the following steps:

●Complete the return form enclosed with goods and send back within 14 days of receipt

●Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received

Guarantee

●If you are not satisfied with any of the products, please notify us within 14 days, and return

the goods to us.

●Please send products back as they were received.

●We will not replace any products after 3 months.

●If product cannot be repaired or replaced we will give you credit note or a refund.

Please make sure that you have clearly read any instructions that may have come with the product, or may be

displayed on our website, as products found not to be faulty when they come back to us, will be sent back to

you at your cost. Please note that our return policy also applies.
