Seed replacement request

We want all of our customers to be happy. Serious Seeds are about the best you can buy. And because of that we guarantee the germination of our seeds (as the only seed company in the world). But we have no influence on the growing after germination. So, we cannot guarantee the final results.

This is a standard form for people with a problem with our seeds. We're sorry for the problem you had. We get very little complaints but sometimes a problem happens. This can be with any variety, and it is always an isolated incident.

We don't know why this is. Radiation of the mail at a post office? Bad storage of seeds in a shop? Wrong germination-method? Something else? We don't know, but germination problems sometimes happen.

Serious Seeds is the only company who numbers the seed packs, so we know which shop sold them. We use the nrs. to check if you bought our seeds. It is also very important to know what went wrong, so please answer the questions as good as you can.
