I would give it a pot size of minimally 15 litres or more.
Give the plant 3 weeks of veg. time. When the small plant has reached his third set of true leaves (and the stem is a little above that third knot) you could cut (or clip) the main stem right above that third knot.
Now the 6 side branches will grow out together to be the highest buds. To make up for the clipping you should give an additional 3/4 days of veg. time.
A 200 watt light is not very strong and it will probably lead to more open, fluffy buds (strong light will give compact buds). But the quality will be good.
The 6 main buds are all at equal distance to the light so are equal in size and quality. This is better than have 1 bigger sized bud towering over the rest of the plant. The clipping changes that.
